Completed the SheCodes Plus challenge, which focused on web development.
This project involved:
- Learning and working with open-source code on GitHub
- Hosting a website
- Integrating the SheCodes Weather API and Weather Forecast API using JavaScript
It was an insightful experience with so much to learn and explore, and the final result was incredibly rewarding!
Completed the SheCodes Plus Add-on challenge, diving deeper into advanced web development.
This project focused on:
- Integrating multiple clocks from around the world with different time zones
- Utilising Moment.js and Moment Timezone.js for seamless functionality
This experience was both insightful and enriching, offering numerous opportunities to learn and explore. I am excited to continue building on these skills!
Completed the SheCodes AI Add-on Challenge, focusing on learning the basics of Artificial Intelligence and how to integrate it into coding.
This project focused on:
- Integrating SheCodes AI API
- Creating an AI English Poem Generator, prompting Poems in the style of William Shakespeare
It was an exciting experience that gave me a first insight into how to work with AI APIs in coding projects.
This project was built as part of the SheCodes Responsive Add-on, focusing on advanced responsive web development.
The goal was to create a fully responsive landing page celebrating pioneering women who helped shape the digital world.
This project focused on:
- Designing a responsive layout using CSS Grid and modern responsive techniques
- Implementing media queries to ensure the page adapts across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
- Embedding external content and structuring sections for clear storytelling
- Applying more advanced CSS styling and layout techniques
Through this project I strengthened my ability to design responsive user interfaces and structure content-driven landing pages.
